Participants are kindly asked to arrive either in the evening of Wednesday, 28 Sep 2011, or on Thursday, 29 Sep 2011 no later than 12:00 in Göttingen, Germany. Wednesday, 28 Sep 2011
- Individual arrival at Göttingen train station, transfer to the hotel Freizeit In is permanently available
- From 15:00 individual check-in at the hotel
- Enjoy the wellness and fitness area Vital Spa on 8,500 sqm with indoor/outdoor pool and 2,500 sqm sauna facilities (included in the accommodation)
- 20:00 Dinner buffet in the Winter Garden of the hotel, entrance at the hotel reception
Thursday, 29 Sep 2011
- Breakfast from 06:00
- 08:30–11:45 Scientific City Tour, departure at the entrance of hotel Freizeit In, returning to the hotel afterwards
- 12:00 Lunch buffet at the hotel in Salon 8, just next to the meeting room Salons 6–7
- 13:00–18:00 Extended Publications Committee Meeting in Salons 6–7 (Agenda)
- Lunch buffet will be available until 14:30, snacks are available in the meeting room afterwards
- 15:30 Coffee break in the Foyer, close to the meeting room
- 18:15 Transfer from the hotel to the evening location restaurant Graf Isang at the lake Seeburger See
- 19:00 Reception, dinner buffet and music including all Copernicus staff members
- Permanent transfers back to the hotel Freizeit In for individual departure
Friday, 30 Sep 2011
- Individual check-out at the hotel, breakfast from 06:00 is booked but usage is optional
- 09:45 Transfer to the Copernicus Offices
- 10:00–14:00 Brunch at and visit of the Copernicus Offices, meeting with staff members
